Struggling with day to day? We bring support over the phone or to your preferred meeting place. We will then complete a structured, guided support plan that will enable you to manage day to day difficulties. This can include maintaining a healthy well-being, managing anxiety and depression, budgeting, sustaining a tenancy, life skills and other areas that can be made easier with support. The support plan will be led by yourself and tailored to your needs by us, which can include, in person guidance demonstration and practical support where necessary. Whatever it is, please ask and if not possible for us to support, we will find the correct support from an external agency for you free of charge and sign post you that way.
We provide practical sessions in the following -
Self defence - We offer training that will increase confidence and lower risks from potential threats in all areas of life. Martial arts opens the doors to discipline, fitness, dexterity, alertness, de-escalation, awareness, self development and much much more. It is recommended to complete the full course we offer over 7 sessions or book a one off lesson for a taster session or a specialised class for breakaway and de-escalation techniques for your workplace. A local martial arts group that suits you will be recommended to assist with maintaining the continual development of skills and help complement your lifestyle.
Breath work - These sessions look into the importance and benefits of conscious breathing and putting this into practice either in a group or 1 to 1 setting. It will help with trauma, emotional balance, mental wellbeing, physical fitness and day to day living. We will explore ways to utilise the effects of controlled breaths to relieve stress, heal inner turmoil, manage external difficulties better and practice controlled awareness to relieve intrusive thoughts when trapped in an overthinking mind. It will naturally support spiritual growth and harmony within yourself.
Cold water therapy - These sessions will take place in the sea or other body of water depending on conditions that day. This therapy has been around for years in various cultures, more recently bought to public attention by Wim Hof, who has helped many with his raising of awareness and scientifically supporting data through cold water therapy and breath work.
What we will gain from this experience will be a mind-set that will give you strength in any endeavour, a break from negative and intrusive thoughts, physical healing and a feeling of good energy afterwards.
